Automated Corrosion Loop Development (opens in a new tab)
AuthorA web app that groups piping components into corrosion loops, using k-means clustering and the group technology method. You upload an Excel sheet of operating conditions and materials, and it returns the sheet with a loop assigned to each component. It implements my 2020 paper in the Journal of Quality in Maintenance Engineering, and was one of the gaw.ai tools.
gaw.ai auto-label service (opens in a new tab)
Founder, gaw.aiThe template matching service behind gaw.ai auto-label, which found and recognised symbols in engineering drawings. It is written in Python and served with Ray across a head node and worker nodes. An engineer on the gaw.ai team wrote it.
